Terms and Conditions

Regular shipping
We will ship your order 2-3 business days after confirming your payment.  Most merchandise will arrive in 7-10 business days. Please consider the extra time due to weekends and holidays when estimating the arrival time of your shipment. We will use ground shipping for regular delivery within the continental United States. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are based on weight, size and the delivery address.  We
do not deliver to P.O. Boxes; a home or business address is required. We are not able to ship internationally at this time. 

Washington
State Residents
Washington State tax will be applied.

Alaska
, Hawaii and U.S. Territories
Delivery will take 10 - 14 days for delivery.
 
Returns
All returns MUST be pre-authorized by KOBO Customer Service. Returns made without pre-authorization will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be postmarked within for 14 days from the delivery date.   No credit or refund will be issued past this period.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Merchandise must be received  by KOBO  in the original packaging and in resalable (new) condition. Return shipping charges are non refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
 
 
Please pack with care to protect the merchandise during return shipping so it will arrive undamaged. Any damage will be the responsibility of  the customer. In case of loss or damage of the returned product we recommend that  a carrier such as Fedex or
UPS that provides tracking and insuring the package is used.

Exchange
All exchanges must be pre-authorized by KOBO Customer Service. Exchange made without pre-authorization will not be accepted. Merchandise must be postmarked for exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. No exchange will be made past this period .  Customers are responsible for the shipping charges that occur for this transaction. Merchandise must be received in its original packaging, and in resalable (new) condition.

Damaged during shipping
Please inspect all items thoroughly upon arrival. If you received a damaged item , please contact us immediately no later than 7 days of receipt. We will process a claim with the shipping company. They will require inspection so please hold on to all packing materials and items until further notice. Damaged items that are returned without notifying us will not be accepted.

On-line shopping Images
We try our best to capture the style, color and other details of our products on our website.  If you would like additional images sent to you please contact us and we will try to accommodate if we are able.   Please note that actual colors displayed on our website may vary depending the monitor and its color balance settings.

Privacy Policy
KOBO will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email address, home or business address or any other personal information to any third party.
